Set personal preferences without changing your team subscription.

Find your account settings
Open the account menu at the top right and choose settings. Profile, Login & Security and Notification Preferences are separate sections. Your account profile applies across workspaces.
Teams own their own plans and workspaces. Updating your personal details does not move a workspace, change a team subscription or grant a different role.
Update your profile
Profile lets you update your display name, printing experience and preferred currency. Your account ID is shown here and in the account menu; share it with support when you need help identifying the account.
The account ID is a support identifier, not a password. Currency preferences do not convert existing records. See Currency & preferences before changing a workspace currency or comparing historical estimates.
Choose your appearance
Use the account menu appearance controls for Light, Dark or System. System follows the browser or device preference. Documentation has its own appearance selector in its header.
Choose the mode that is easiest to read in your environment. The calculator inputs and quote contents stay the same when you change appearance.
Keep email and analytics choices separate
Notification Preferences includes optional marketing email and quote response email choices. Save the settings after changing them. Essential confirmation, recovery, security and billing messages remain enabled.
Optional analytics choices are managed from the application’s Analytics & privacy choices page. They are independent of marketing preferences. You can use the core calculator, account and billing tools without accepting optional analytics.
