Teams, members & limits

Understand where your subscription, collaborators and workspaces belong.

On this page

Your account can belong to several teams

Your account is your personal login and profile. A team is a home for one printing business or collaboration. Teams own workspaces and subscriptions. You can own a personal team and join other people’s teams without buying a subscription for each membership. Switch teams from the account menu at the top right. The sidebar then lists workspaces in the selected team.

Start with your first team

After signup, choose Create your first team and give it a recognizable name. Your first owned team starts on Free. It includes you and one workspace. Working solo does not require inviting anyone. Create a workspace for your shop, brand or project and choose its currency.

Limits apply separately to each team

Free: 1 member and 1 workspace. Maker: 1 member and 1 workspace. Pro: up to 3 members and 5 workspaces. Studio: up to 10 members and unlimited workspaces. All member limits include the owner. Pending invitations reserve places so you cannot promise more access than the plan supports. Each additional owned team needs its own paid plan before workspaces become available. Joining someone else’s team does not use a place in your own team.

Who can do what?

Owners manage billing and team control. Admins manage workspaces and ordinary members; only the owner can invite or remove another admin. Members use the team’s pricing tools and saved work. Owners and admins manage the shared cost library; members can load its profiles into calculations. Every member has their own login. Do not share passwords. Team membership gives access to that team’s workspaces, not your other teams.

Invite and remove collaborators

Open your team’s settings to send an invitation on Pro or Studio. Invitations expire after 7 days and must be accepted using the verified email address they were sent to. You can revoke an unused invitation or remove a member. Removing someone ends their access to all workspaces in that team. Their own account and other teams remain.

Billing and changing plans

Each team has a separate subscription and billing portal. Only its owner can change the plan or payment details. Workspace deletion does not cancel the subscription. If the plan changes, existing saved data is kept, but paid features follow the current plan. Members beyond the current allowance lose workspace access until the owner adjusts membership or upgrades. Existing workspaces above a reduced allowance are kept; new workspace creation stops until the team is under its limit.
