What a customer can do
A customer opens the shared quote page, reviews the details and can accept or decline it. The sharing panel records the response name, time and quote version.
A recorded response does not verify identity, take payment or reserve production time. Confirm fulfillment arrangements directly with your customer before starting the job.
Review the activity trail
Open the quote to review its customer response and Activity section. Keep the quote reference and version in mind when discussing a change with the customer.
Once a response has been recorded, use Copy to new draft to prepare a revised proposal. A new proposal should be reviewed and shared separately; do not treat a response to an older version as acceptance of new prices.
Use in-app notifications
The notification bell near the account menu lets you review quote updates and open the relevant quote. Unread indicators help you find updates you have not yet reviewed.
In-app notifications remain available when optional quote response emails are disabled. Use the quote itself as the place to review the full response and activity context.
Choose response emails
In Account settings, open Notification Preferences and enable Quote response emails if you want emails when a customer accepts or declines a quote you created or last shared. These emails go to your verified account address.
This preference is separate from marketing emails and from essential account messages. Disabling marketing does not automatically disable quote response emails. Save preferences after changing either choice.
