What belongs in a workspace

A workspace groups products, calculation history and quotes. Your team shares reusable materials, printers, component costs and marketplace fee profiles across all its workspaces. Workspace currency filters compatible profiles; it never converts their costs. Use workspaces for projects or product lines, and separate teams for independent businesses.

Workspace limits

Limits apply per team: Free and Maker allow one workspace, Pro allows five, and Studio allows unlimited workspaces. Joining someone else’s team does not consume your own team’s allowance. At your limit, Add workspace opens an upgrade option.

Products and snapshots

Maker allows 25 saved products per workspace; Pro and Studio allow unlimited products. A product is a reusable recipe. A calculation snapshot records an estimate at the time you save it. Changing a profile later does not silently rewrite historical snapshots.

Shared access

Pro supports up to 3 team members and Studio up to 10, including the owner. Members share all workspaces in that team. Owners and admins manage ordinary member invitations; only owners can invite or remove admins. Invitation links are bound to the invited email address and expire after seven days; share the generated link with the intended teammate. A verified matching account is required to accept it.
